Safety and Crisis Resources
If you or someone you know is in crisis, help is available right now. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services now (911 in the United States).
AI Anyone is not a crisis service or a healthcare provider. The AI characters on the platform are simulations, not real people, and cannot provide crisis intervention, counseling, or medical care.
Get help now
- Call or text 988, any time of day, for free and confidential support in the United States.

Our self-harm and crisis protocol
We take signs of self-harm or crisis seriously. AI Anyone uses automated safety systems to help keep interactions safe.
- Our systems watch for language that may indicate a user is in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or thinking about self-harm.
- When such language is detected, the platform surfaces the crisis resources on this page and encourages the user to reach out to a trained human counselor or emergency services.
- AI characters are directed not to provide medical, psychological, or crisis advice, and to point users toward these real-world resources instead.
- No automated system is perfect. Surfacing these resources does not make AI Anyone a healthcare provider, and the AI is never a substitute for professional care.
- If you encounter a response that handles a safety situation poorly, please report it to us so we can review and improve our safeguards.
You are always talking to AI
Every character on AI Anyone is an artificial intelligence simulation, not a real person. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. The platform is built for learning and is not designed for emotional support, companionship, or crisis help, and may not be suitable for some minors.
