The call allowance is a rolling 30 day window on both plans, and it refreshes. Pro is billed monthly, or yearly where offered, at the price shown at checkout. Cancel anytime in Settings, then Billing, then Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Yes. The Create button in the top navigation opens the character creator: name, image, personality, knowledge domain, style, backstory, tone and conversation starters. Publishing is immediate and your character appears in Explore straight away. Automated safety checks run on every new character, and anything flagged is hidden while it is looked at.
It is designed for people aged 13 and over. Characters and content go through moderation, and safety filters block inappropriate content. Parental guidance is recommended under 18, and data is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13. Conversations are stored so your history works, are visible only to you, and are never sold.
Email support reaches the team at support@aianyone.com, with a reply within 24 to 48 hours, and the contact form sends the same thing without leaving the page. Billing lives in Settings, then Billing, and cancelling Pro is Settings, then Billing, then Manage subscription. Deleting an account is Settings, then Security, then Delete account, and it cannot be undone. Deleting your account cancels your Pro subscription right away, and you are not charged again. A published character hidden by a safety check can be appealed at the same address.
