Talk to anyone, without leaving your assistant

AI Anyone works inside the Claude app, the ChatGPT app and the Grok app, and in any assistant that adds a connector by URL. Ask for a person and they arrive as a card with their portrait. Ask for two and watch them argue it out. No account needed. Sign in only to use your own characters.

Add it to your assistant

The connector URL is https://mcp.aianyone.com/mcp. It is the same for every assistant.

The Claude app: Use the button below, or open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, then Add custom connector, name it AI Anyone and paste the connector URL. When it asks how to sign in, choose Sign in when needed.
The ChatGPT app: In the ChatGPT app, open Plugins, then Add, then Add custom MCP server, and paste the connector URL. For sign in, choose OAuth or no authentication, so the tools work before you sign in. Then confirm the notice and allow the data sharing screen that follows.
The Grok app: In the Grok app, open Connectors, then New Connector, then Custom, and paste the connector URL. Signing in to AI Anyone opens in a separate window. Custom connectors are on some Grok app plans only.
Claude Desktop: Claude Desktop shares your account with the Claude app, so a connector added in one shows up in both. To add it from Desktop, open the same Customize, then Connectors screen and paste the connector URL.
Claude Code: Run one line in a terminal: claude mcp add --transport http aianyone https://mcp.aianyone.com/mcp
Any assistant that adds a connector by URL: Paste the connector URL where it adds a custom connector or a remote MCP server. It speaks Streamable HTTP, protocol 2025-06-18, and needs no account to start.

What it does

Find someone worth asking. Describe a subject and get real people to pick from, each with a portrait and a role.
Speak as one of them. Name a person and they arrive as a card with their portrait, and your assistant answers as them.
Call them from your assistant. Every card ends in Call them, which opens a live voice call with that character on aianyone.com, and Keep talking, which carries the conversation on there.
Calls happen on aianyone.com. A call runs in your browser on aianyone.com, with a free account and nothing to install.
Your own characters in your assistant. Sign in to AI Anyone from inside your assistant, only when you ask for them, and the characters you made are there to talk to.
Make your own. Making a character of your own on aianyone.com is free, and once you sign in from your assistant it comes with you.
Stage a real argument. Put two people on a question. Each turn, one speaker is privately given an aim the other never sees, so neither side is written by someone who can read the other's hand.

Common questions

What is an MCP server?

MCP is the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an AI assistant use an outside tool. An MCP server is that tool. You add it once by URL and the assistant can call it during a conversation. AI Anyone runs one at https://mcp.aianyone.com/mcp.

How do I add it to my assistant?

Copy the connector URL, https://mcp.aianyone.com/mcp, and paste it where your assistant adds a custom connector. The rows above give the exact path in the Claude app, the ChatGPT app, the Grok app, Claude Desktop and Claude Code.

Do I need an account?

No account needed. Sign in only to use your own characters. Finding people, speaking as them and staging a debate all work without one. When you ask for your own characters, your assistant asks you to sign in to AI Anyone once.

What does it see, and what does it keep?

It never receives your conversation with the assistant, your files, or who you are unless you choose to sign in. It keeps counts of tool calls and the ids of the studio characters they were about, and never an IP address. The privacy policy has the full list.

Can two characters really debate each other?

Yes, and it is not one voice writing both sides. Each turn, the server privately hands one speaker a single aim the other never sees, and it decides who speaks next, so neither position can be written to lose. The exchange runs until it settles and comes back as one transcript.

How do I remove it?

Disconnect AI Anyone in your assistant's own connector settings, at any time. Deleting your AI Anyone account ends every assistant connection.
