There is a question I keep coming back to, one that shaped everything we have built and everything we are still building. It is the kind of question that does not have a clean answer, but asking it changes how you see the world.
Accessibility in education is not just about screen readers and color contrast, though those matter enormously. It is about cognitive accessibility: making sure that learners with different backgrounds, learning speeds, and knowledge levels all find the experience useful.
We built adaptive difficulty into every conversation. The AI detects when a learner is struggling and adjusts automatically: simpler explanations, more examples, gentler pacing. When a learner is racing ahead, the AI increases complexity, introduces edge cases, and pushes toward deeper understanding.
The goal is a learning experience that meets you exactly where you are.
