If you had told me a year ago that we would be where we are today, I would have believed the broad strokes but been stunned by the details. The journey of building AI Anyone, the learning platform we are developing has been full of surprises.
Architecture decisions in a startup are bets on the future, and we made ours deliberately. We chose a stack that prioritizes speed of iteration, reliability under load, and the flexibility to integrate new AI models as they emerge.
The backend handles thousands of concurrent conversations without breaking a sweat. The frontend is designed for clarity, because learning tools should never get in the way of learning. Every technical decision was filtered through a single question: does this make the learning experience better?
If the answer was not a clear yes, we did not build it.
